Cross-network ERG programs tend to be some of the most successful, engaging and effective efforts that ERGs can develop. However, finding common ground topics on which to develop programs can sometimes get challenging as people return to commonly leveraged connection points and often miss emerging opportunities for creating programs to attract new audiences.
